SDUSD Nursing & Wellness department has partnered with Sharp to provide vaccines to anyone 12 years and older. Please see link for details, dates, consent forms, and scheduling. Students 12-17 yrs. old need to have a parent present (unless they attend one of the schools hosting the clinic).
