STUDENT ACTIVITIES THE FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL
1) All Five Days - Aug. 31 through Sept. 4, students will work in their SDUSD Welcome Week Portfolio.
This is what they look like:
9th Grade
10th Grade
11th Grade
12th Grade
Students will work on 3 main assignments (Prepare for Success Project and two Choice Activities.) Each activity will take roughly 60 minutes to complete. Students will gain access to these grade level activities through their Period 1-3 teachers.
2) On Aug. 31, Sept. 1, and Sept. 2, students will meet each day with their teachers from 9:45 am – 10:45 am.

Students meeting with teachers will spend time building classroom community and engage in activities to get to know one another.
