What we do in MCJROTC

Physical Training

Multiple times a week, cadets work together in pushing their hardest in physical activities such as circuits, HIIT(High-Intensity Interval Training), weight training, and every so often, team sports and improve their fitness in the process.

Academics

Once per week, cadets learn about the history of the military, the different principles which Marines follow, and the way the structure of the Marine Corps functions.

Drill

Throughout the week, cadets spend time learning how to perform stationary drill movements as well as marching, and how to execute them in synchronization with others.

Uniform Inspection

Once Per week, cadets wear their uniforms and are graded on an inspection that involves checking knowledge of subjects taught, grooming standards, the ability to execute basic drill movements and wearing the uniform properly.
